David talks us through the challenges of conducting a Q on a controversial subject, having an impact with stakeholders, as well as some of the technical challenges of creating his statements and conducting the sorts remotely.

Karen and Karl provide useful advice on creating a Q-set from a previous quant study, the challenges of statement wording and flipping, how to turn Q results into recommendations for policy, as well as AI implications of their work.

She used Q methodology in her PhD to explore perspectives of people with learning disabilities and their access to health screening services. We talk about the challenges of creating and delivering a Q methodology study for people with learning disabilities, alongside some practical tips for data collection.
